Applicant and all Insured Persons should be Domiciled in Singapore who
are Singaporean, PRs or Foreigners with valid Employment Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass, Student Pass or Long
Term Social Visit Pass, unless otherwise agreed.
Child(ren) insured under a Family Plan must be dependent child(ren) below the age of 21 or 25 years old for those in
full-time tertiary institutions who are not married nor in employment throughout the policy period.
Please REFER if policy is effected for child only without accompanying
adult in the same application.
